I have seen him with his hand on a Deputys leg and am still convinced the look on the Deputy was ‘Can I snatch him BEFORE the Secret Service intervenes’?
Probably a good thing for JB that the Deputy didn’t see the looks of his colleagues directed at JB...If the Dep had seen that, he would have had to act out of measuring up to his peers...

I worked for a Black guy that was a College Grad, former NFL player, came from a VERY stable home with 6 Bros and 1 sister (all Athletic Scholarships) and was always trying to relate his ‘hood days’ to me.
I would ‘laugh’ at/with him and remind him of OUR different backgrounds and would say it is funny that your kids are considered ‘disadvantaged’ while mine were considered ‘privileged’...this was back in early 90s.
We were and are ‘friends’ .... I would go on ‘meetings’ with him and all the questions would be directed towards me and I would automatically deflect them back to him.
Different times and one of his ‘problems’ was he was so big and intimidating looking and actually was a ‘gentle giant’ in real terms...
I guess I get my leading “d” and “m” mixed up.

Saw something about this today. Evidently the head of the Delaware NAACP (something like that) has largely backed Biden on this story. Hope he really did call them “Esther Williams” because that would be hilarious!
Well he still has more street cred then crazy Bernie...or crooked Hillary for that matter.
