Far-left Squad member Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MN) posted a 9/11 tribute on the 18th anniversary of the tragedy and claimed that the Arab organization she worked for at the time Arab Community Center for Economic and Social Services (ACCESS) was threatened with violence following the terrorist attacks carried out by Islamic extremists.
Tlaib described how she processed the terrorist attacks in a brief Twitter thread on Wednesday. She said she was working at the nonprofit Arab American human services organization, ACCESS at the time and saw faces of shock facing the television. She said the room erupted in tears and heartbreak as the plane hit the second tower and claimed that the organization quickly began receiving menacing calls from individuals who were threatening those at ACCESS and the local community with violence.
Despite the alleged threats made toward Muslims, Tlaib said the communities came together to mourn, to stand in solidarity with fellow Americans across the country, and to reject hate and the terror that comes from it.
As we remember all of the lives lost in the horrific attack 18 years ago today, let us remember to not allow this type of violence to divide us, but to stand united. We are stronger together, she added:
Rashida Tlaib ✔ @RashidaTlaib · Sep 11, 2019 I will #neverforget 9/11. I was working at a nonprofit Arab American human services organization, ACCESS, while in law school. My day started like any otheruntil I heard gasps from coworkers in the lunch room. I rushed in and saw faces of shock facing the television. (1/4)
Rashida Tlaib ✔ @RashidaTlaib Then we saw a plane hit the second tower and the room erupted in tears and heartbreak. Our country was being attacked. Soon, our phones began to ring with many threatening those at ACCESS and the local community with violence. (2/4)
Still, our communities came together to mourn, to stand in solidarity with fellow Americans across the country, and to reject hate and the terror that comes from it. (3/4)

Fellow Squad member Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) who sparked a political firestorm after speaking at a Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) fundraiser in March and describing the attack as some people did something tweeted a statement on 9/11 as well, acknowledging that it was an attack on all of us:
Ilhan Omar ✔ @IlhanMN September 11th was an attack on all of us.
We will never forget the thousands of Americans who lost their lives in the largest terror attack on U.S. soil.
I will continue to fight to make sure we care for the first responders and families who lost loved ones. #NeverForget
The groups ringleader, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) also tweeted a statement on 9/11, zoning in on Luis Alvarez, the 9/11 first responder who passed away in June following his battle with cancer:
Today my thoughts are with 9/11 families - and in our community, the loved ones of Queens hero Det. Luis Alvarez.
Just this year, Det. Alvarez testified before Congress for the 9/11 Victims Compensation Fund before succumbing to cancer from Ground Zero.
Mourners pack Queens church to honor 9/11 first responder Det. Luis Alvarez, a Ground Zero hero... Hundreds of police officers and firefighters lined up along Ditmars Blvd. before the service at Immaculate Conception Church in Astoria.

A speaker at a 9/11 memorial service sent a direct message to Omar and the Squad as a whole on Wednesday.
Madam, objectively speaking, we know who and what was done. There is no uncertainty about that, he said, referring to Omars some people did something remarks.
On that day, 19 Islamic terrorists, members of Al Qaeda, killed over 3,000 people and caused billions in dollars of economic damage, he said. Is that clear?
But as to whom? I was attacked. Your relatives and friends were attacked. Our constitutional freedoms were attacked, and our nations founding on Judeo-Christian principles were attacked. Thats what some people did. Got that now? he continued, addressing the Squad directly.
We are here today, Congresswoman, to tell you and the Squad just who did what to whom. Show respect in honoring them, please, he added:
Charlie in the CP
The enemy within. We cant wait forever.
Tlaib....boo hooo...I remember your people taking to the streets singing and dancing and doing the idiotic tongue twittering when the 3000 people were murdered and the towers fell...
Someone needs to put the baby to sleep.
This woman has earned our animosity in her own right, notwithstanding any ethnic connection she shares with Americas enemies. Her villainy stands on its own merit.
Muslims are saturating the US and Europe. When the numbers are right they will move in for the conquest. Remember Vienna - bring back the “Winger Hussars.” - https://gatesofvienna.blogspot.com/2006/09/other-september-11th.html

Oh, that's right....Omar's "party of love and compassion" left its calling card on 911.
Pig-Ihlan's "party of love and compassion" drops in on 911.
Many Democrats still blame Saudi Arabia for 9/11. I think it’s a Democrat thing.
9-11 still enables Fed-gov to strangle the American people with loss of freedom
and of privacy rights and the increase of the snowflake population. Snowflakes
are a tribe that will be run over by all other contesting tribes should it come to
You mean they've stopped blaming Dubya for the bombings? Wow!
It’s called ululating and I think only women do it. Men do not.
Sorry, honey, but you overplayed that taqiya victim card years ago.
Just more BS!!
The purpose of the attacks was to polarize moderates. Bin Laden saw muslims living peacefully in places like the United States as the greatest threat to his movement.
If Islam is not now at war with the West he reasoned, I’ll change that fact. I’ll make it so that the West goes to war against Islam. I’ll trigger a reaction so that afterward it’s impossible for Muslims and Western Christians, Jews and Atheists to coexist. The west won’t accept that Muslims CAN be peaceful neighbors after I sow the seeds of hatred and distrust via mass terrorist murder.
This was his plan. Discredit and polarize the moderates on both sides. To a great extent it was successful.
They are always playing the victim and hate America at every chance. No wonder the left embraces them.
Sadly. most Americans probably think that is an alcohol drink...
