It sounds like something significant has been achieved on acquiring private land, but they don't offer details.

This must be in reference to the Rio Grande Valley in Southern Texas.

The public comment period is extended through 26 September for most of it, but five contracts have been awarded, which have not broken ground yet. It sounds like they are now ready to move out down there.

The next time a Democrat wins the presidency (and eventually there will be a next time) my fear is they will have a “tear down that wall” celebration.

Crazy Lefties from all over the nation showing up with their sledgehammers to destroy whatever Wall is there.

There must be a way to protect it? Big guns, troops, and people with badges would be nice.
