In the most contentious Democratic debate thus far, a winnowed field of 10 Democratic candidates took the stage in Houston Thursday night and sparred over hot-button issues such as health care and immigration.
Notably, this was the first time that frontrunners Sen. Elizabeth Warren and former Vice President Joe Biden shared the debate stage. At the end of the night, Joe Biden emerged as the winner and Warren and Sen. Bernie Sanders were the surprise losers.

Doug Schoen is one of the few Democratic operatives worth listening to, in my opinion.
Looks like Mr. Schoen has eagerly embraced the era of legal weed.
The overwhelming take from last night was that the Biden campaign is pretty much finished.
Joe is like the Italian Army: he manages to win a few because everyone else is so bad.
Watch, in the next debate, all the other will try to lose something off their bodies.

Every article I’ve read has a different set of winners and losers. Which means there was no clear winner. This debate will be forgotten in a week.
When pressed, Doug Schoen will ALWAYS embrace the DNC/CPUSA Deep State agenda...just as he has done in this article.
Biden is a phony as his teeth and his face.
Doug’s really a pretty decent guy. Changing the subject a bit, there’s another Schoen FNC uses from time to time, a civil rights lawyer named David Schoen, who looks a bit like Doug. I’ve googled both to see if they’re related, possibly brothers, but not found anything. Does anybody here know anything more about them?

Biden survived but looked, sounded and said nonsensical mumble. Bernie continued to look like an old White socialist unelectable kook. Liz Warren said nothing of substance and almost appeared coherent even if she only talked platitudes - she won because nobody went after her.
Kamala Harris was drunk.
I got the impression that the whole group was pretty much finished. Noticed how most of them kept harping on about climate change non-problems. I couldn’t see where most of their ideas produced anything except more problems for America.
I think the DNC and their media friends are going to do what they can to get Biden over the finish line to the nomination. Then, if Biden is not getting any traction against President Trump (and he won’t despite all the fake polls and reporting), then he’s going to have a medical event, and (like New Jersey senate politics) the DNC is going to replace Biden on the ballot with Warren (probably leapfrogging over Bernie). Then they will lose in a landslide.
Not to mention that all of their platitude solutions would bankrupt the country.
