F@@k Los Angeles and San Francisco. No funds, no housing, no damn cooperation with the communists Democrats that have destroyed these two cities along with the State. Cut California off and start giving the Governor hell.

Along with the obvious things it is a National Health crisis as there are diseases being imported and cultured here that were eradicated generations even centuries ago. Plague? We don't need no stinkin' plague here in the USA. We already have the Democrat Party.

Singapore has the perfect solution. There are small habitable islands near their city state. Addicts who fail rehab for the third time are exiled there. They have a food boat which stops by a couple times a month and they are given rudimentary tools to build their own shelter. The climate is gentle, like southern California, so not too many die of exposure, mostly of drug overdoses.

It isn't a pleasant existence, but they can apply to get back into society if they earn it. Which some do when drugs are no longer so easily available. In the meantime, the rest of society isn't inflicted with their lifestyle and diseases. Far more humane that what they are doing in California now.

>>>Trump is turning the screws on All these lib politicians wailing about human rights issues on the border while turning a blind eye to their own districts.<<

Bingo.

I live here and often work downtown LA and sometimes help the Missionaries of Charity feed the homeless on weekends. The problem has become exponentially worse over the past 8 years, and the blame mostly lies with mismanagement by city and state government, Eric Garcetti all the way up to Gavin Newsom.

Go President Trump, Make California Great Again.

It doesn’t hurt for Trump to poke at it a little. That way, the MSM are forced to report it instead of ignore it and the public are aware of it.

“And, it’s not a federal issue.”

Actually, it might be. If the reason these people cannot be institutionalized is due to federal judges, then it is the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT causing the problem. While I don’t know how it applies in each case in CA, I do know that federal judges are a HUGE part of the problem.

The libs in Kali will respond after their usual fashion: screeching anti-Trump hatred and holding their hands out for money to sustain their failed policies. It’s like predicting the sunrise.

Again, if the diseases described in the article start to spread to other states then it becomes a federal issue.

When it does then the feds can step in.

“State issue not federal.”

If Federal Money is being spent on ‘the homeless’ there, which I suspect is the case (but not sure), then it is a FEDERAL ISSUE too.

If ‘the homeless’ are interfering with federal functions (don’t know either way), then again it’s a federal case.

If California wants money from farmers in Iowa, it will now come with strings.

MacArthur took care of the Bonus marchers.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bonus_Army

“President Herbert Hoover then ordered the Army to clear the marchers’ campsite. Army Chief of Staff General Douglas MacArthur commanded the infantry and cavalry supported by six tanks. The Bonus Army marchers with their wives and children were driven out, and their shelters and belongings burned”.

Not to mention that President Trump is reshaping 9th Circuit:

“And a little birdie told me the 9th Circuit still has THREE vacant seats waiting for Trump and McConnell to fill them.

After those 3 vacant seats are filled by Trump appointments, it’ll be SIXTEEN rule of law judges on the 9th.

Democrats resorting to courts stacked with political activists disguised as impartial judges to thwart Congress, Presidents & voters is becoming a thing of the past.”

California is broke. They can’t do anything because they have no money to do anything.

Anybody besides myself notice that MacArthur and Patton were in command of the eviction forces? This was a clear violation of the Posse Comitatus Act.
