The Messianic Zionist Religion Whose Believers Worship Judaism (But Can't Practice It)

But the Noahides are a theological phenomenon of very recent vintage. It’s a form of Zionist mission, which seeks to create a world religion whose believers adore the Jewish people and the State of Israel – without belonging to either. The believers are required to accept the supremacy of Judaism but are not accepted into the Jewish people and are even barred from upholding such commandments as Sabbath observance. Anyone who wishes to be a Noahide is called upon mainly to recognize the Jewish people and its state.

... He called on them to renounce Christianity and to burn their holy books – though not before cutting out the Tetragrammaton (God’s Hebrew name) from the texts.

... In his sermons, Villegas explains why his community is forbidden to uphold Jewish commandments, and dwells on the essence of the difference between Noahides and Jews. Jews, he says, possess an inner sanctity that draws them close to a divine level: “The Jew has five levels of soul while the Noahide only has three levels and remains on an animalistic level, and this is written in the Kabbalah.”

Just became aware of this push for these Noahide laws, where it seems you will get beheaded unless you deny Christ.

There might be some noahide people on here, or people involved with the hebrew roots movement? What do you make of this all?

Every president, I think, since papa Bush has signed this into US law... That America is built on these Noahide laws and that it is America's mission to enforce them on the world...Thoughts?

Interesting—

I could spend lots of time on this rather than preparing some lectures.

If one renounces Christ and/or Christianity but is still attached on some level of emotion this seems like a “logical emotional” stopping place.

This seems bad, but I am not one to talk. It seems to me that the two truly logical outcomes to life are a fervently lived Catholicism or suicide, and also hold Francis as Pope through God’s providence while simultaneously wishing desperately that he (Francis, not God) would crawl into a hole some where. I think that in at least some ways I have things in common with these people in that I have places where there is some balance, but most people would find the two things that are holding each other in balance bizarre and can’t possibly imagine that if you put them together one gets a position that a human can live with.

My thought is anyone who reads Haaretz without knowing the paper hates all religious people, but especially Orthodox Jews and Christians, is making a mistake.

Sounds like a form of insanity that was created for a Halloween horror movie that was never made because it was too stupid for even a low budget Hollywood producer to bother with.

You are catholic? Francis seems to be on board with this noahide stuff and has been since he was a cardinal...

“While, according to Jewish tradition, Jews are required to believe in certain tenets of faith, nonJews are not. Judaism does have several laws guiding non-Jews which are known as the seven Noahide commandments. These include: not to worship idols; not to curse God; to establish courts of justice; not to commit murder; not to commit adultery or sexual immorality; not to steal; and not to eat flesh torn from a living animal.

The seven Noahide commandments address actions, not beliefs. While Jews are required to observe and believe, non-Jews are only required to observe. “

Shapira wrote in his book, “When we encounter a gentile who has violated the Seven Laws of Noah and kill him out of concern for upholding the seven mitzvoth, no prohibition has been violated.”

According to the rabbi, “Anywhere where the presence of a gentile poses a threat to Israel, it is permissible to kill him, even if it is a righteous gentile who is not responsible for the threatening situation.”

I profess to be. I won’t vouch for what Francis professes, but am of the opinion that he is Pope.

Thoughts?

It strikes me as one who has turned against President Trump and is annoyed that he loves the Jews, so the Jews are the next target; anything to try to separate President Trump from his voters.

Any gospel that demands denial of Christ is a false gospel. Period.

While I adore the Law, my freedom is in the Messiah. My life pretty much fulfills the Law, at least the literal interpretation of it. To live as a Noahide however is like eating the wrapper and tossing the candy. To delve deeper into modern Judasiam is a bit of a sad thing when the split caused by Rashi and the left turn back then against the Messianic.

I will let the Scriptures describe themselves and take the wisdom of the Rabbis where it fits. I do not need them to define the Sabbith and the Messiah away along with cheese burgers.

So Noahide to me is a sad thing, while beautiful as it contains precious jewels, it is sadly flawed, like a pearl necklace after having been run over by a car with missing and defaced pearls.

That being said, the Chabad, the ones who came up with the Noahide laws are by far my favorite flavor of faithful Jew.

They truly live the life of Mitzvah or good deeds by an awsome application of will. What’s not to respect in a life of Hesed, kindness?

They I will gladly serve as a Shabbos Goy, just to give them a break. They deserve it. Chabad has greatly increased my knowledge of God and respect. A priceless gift is the sod or beginning layers of understandings of the Word to a goy.

The Jew who loves God has so much to offer, if they would but obey and offer it.

me?

I am one of the few people in Europe who both have a Maga shirt and a Maga hat. I think the Greenland issue is actually a good idea, but handled in an odd fashion. Cancel the meeting etc. with the Danish Queen who had invited him. The Danish queen is the only royal in Europe, as far as I know, who has spoken the truth about muslim immigration etc.

And, I hope and pray Trump wins again.

I still think this noahide push happening through Netanyahu, the vatican and others is worth taking note of...

And, also. I do not think anyone should love jews more than any other person? I have had jewish friends in Tel Aviv for many years now, and I do know that most jews by far are not into this stuff at all. At all. But, it is a bit concerning that people like Netanyahu are. It seems mainly to be a chabad thing. By most accounts, Netanyahu doesn’t even believe in God.

I felt compelled as a Christian to share this, so that any American will be aware if and when some of these noahide laws are being pushed beyond the symbolic laws passed in congress since George Bush the elder.

Ilany is obviously lying. Noahide laws are ancient. It isn’t new, perhaps it just came out of the closet. They were ancient before Abraham. They are associated with Cain, the first murderer, son of Adam and Eve.

Do these sources also spout nonsense like a Noahide cannot convert to Judaism like the Haaretz article?

Or also falsely claim that the Noshide movement has anything to do with the modern state of Israel?

Falsely claim part of the religion is some sort of Jewish supremacy?

Or fail to mention that Christianity IS ALREADY deemed a Noahdic religion and has been so acknowledged since the RamBam acknowledged it as such?

Or that Chabad specifically rejects starting a new religion? And so had nothing to do with this?

The entire article is just another slam against Christianity and Orthodox Judaism.

Bingo. Haaretz is Soros’s favorite Israeli paper.

Half the articles are about evil Jews taking innocent Arab lands.

They’re ancient, and not in effect anywhere on earth, including Israel.

To compare these beliefs to “Sharia” is a false equivalency.
