Jonathan Sparks is the young man that was attacked by a former Raul Grijalva aide for wearing a MAGA hat. He was attacked from his behind, had his ankle broken and was being beaten before a group of people pulled off the form Grijalva aide. Prosecutors just told Sparks they are trying to make the case go away by cutting a deal.

The attacker, Daniel Z Brito is well connected having worked for Democratic Socialist Chair Representative Raúl Grijalva. Brito is also listed on a DC Democratic Socialist membership list.

This case has dragged on partly due to Brito's idiocy. The attack occurred in front of numerous witnesses that the police interviewed. Daniel Z Brito waived Miranda rights several times and make more than one full confession, saying how he believes the attack was justified. That's why you hear Jonathan Sparks say in the interview that the prosecutor is lying about a weak case.

All this made it very hard and expensive for DNC coverup forces. His expensive DNC lawyer was discarded for another expensive DNC lawyer who is the head of the local Public Defenders Office - and a heavy legal hitter who also hates Donald Trump with maniacal fury. That's how he gets a free super-lawyer. In the Prosecutor's office DNC brought in a retired Deep State super-lawyer to manage (that is "throw") the case.

This is the MAGA hat beating case that nobody ever heard of and nobody will if people don't stop ignoring it. There's more than enough evidence for a Federal Hate Crime case or any case.

We put rabid dogs and other animals down for the same reason. They can’t be cured and there’s no hope of them ever being “not crazy” short of a frontal lobotomy and then we would have to feed, house, pay for all medical bills, and clothe them for the rest of their miserable worthless lives. Oh wait! We already do that for a lot of them.

This happened on November 3, 2018. I did make an earlier post regarding it. For some reason it seems nobody cares about this case, even though it’s one of the most obvious and the only attempted murder (in many people’s opinion) I’ve seen for a MAGA hat.
