Many have pointed out and I agree that this initial decision is not a disaster.
This was the first in a series of reports and the most minor as this was mainly a violation of DOJ policy although there were, in fact, a few violations of 18USC. It mainly focused on leaking information, some classified, to an unauthorized person(s).
The big one against Comey is coming next. Defrauding the FISA Court by signing off on 3 or 4 FISA applications that contained information (the phony dossier) which Comey knew was unverified, and withholding exculpatory evidence which would have cleared Carter Page. This resulted in the FISA court issuing warrants to allow the FBI to spy on the Trump campaign.
If Comey, and others, are not prosecuted for the FISA related violations, then we truly live in a banana republic.

Not the least bit surprised. Trump should go ahead now and pardon Manafort and Roger Stone. There shouldn’t be a two-tiered justice system.
Anything is a crime if you support POTUS and nothing is a crime if you oppose him. If that doesn’t prove we live in a banana republic nothing will.
