It’s a really tough decision: do what’s right or not. Wouldn’t surprise me if they decided not.

“After a lengthy and thorough investigation, hundreds of interviews, all conducted by our highly professional team and hours of deliberation we have found that even though their were some mistakes made, we found no evidence of criminal intent. Therefore this case is closed and we will not be taking any questions.....ever.”

I agree. CNN is helping him set up some defense as a “journalist” being picked on by Trump’s DOJ. It’s all part of the “narrative”, but it won’t work.

If McCabe is no indicted, people are going to begin to question the level of freedom we have in this country.

While I hope I am wrong, I fear the answer is Zambia.

All roads lead to Obama. Can’t prosecute the first negro President.

The Left was very clever. The first black president really set things up beautifully, didn’t he? And then he was to be followed by the first female president. Who could say No? And they could never be prosecuted, and anyone who disagreed with their results would be a racist sexist Nazi.

But it’s not over yet. The game is still afoot.

Tough one to call. They let Hillary go for her intentional misuse of classified docs, but yet sent Gen. Flynn to jail for a perjury trap. Of course, many were leftovers from Obama and Trump’s AG Sessions was a worthless incompetent fool. Won’t hold my breath, but AG Barr seems to be serious about the law.

it took this long to decide ....the IG report on this matter come out many many months ago...

also is this John Durhams grand Jury? If so why in DC? I don't think it is because he was focused on the "newer" stuff

I think the key word here is "whether"...

Sounds like they could or they won't.

You can only prosecute the self-described “mongrel”’s “white “ half.

He is walking......just like Comey...the excuse will be “bigger things later”

A case against McCabe could face some headwinds, according to the Times’ report. A grand jury witness in the investigation has provided testimony that could undermine the government’s case, according to the newspaper.

"A grand jury has been empaneled, according to Posobiec."

What is Posobiec? If true, people forget that "grand juries" are those who actually indict and pass such on to the DOJ for trial consideration. That's why Comey's decision not to empanel or recommend indictment to the DOJ about Hillary's illegal classified issue was a joke. I've always believe the reason why Comey re-opened the investigation was due to all the classified documents found on Anthony Wieners personal computer. It was a CYA move by Comey.

Personally, I think Comey is in trouble. I believe he, along with others, will be fighting for years and hopefully lose their savings to the lawyers like so many others they targeted. Won't happen, but wouldn't you like to see SWAT at his house like Roger Stone?

FOX answered on of my questions(it’s Durham)

A source close to the process confirmed to Fox News that the inspector general files on McCabe went to U.S. Attorney John Durham, who is probing the origins of the Russia case, to investigate his actions.

Must tread carefully when considering the indictment of “a working journalist”..

Not according to Abe Lincoln, he just LOCKED THEM UP.

The chances of any of these people facing Justice is about the same as OJ confessing.
