Germany’s Merkel demands that EU states resume illegal Muslim migrant naval pickup mission

Earlier this year, German Chancellor Angela Merkel backed out of Operation Sophia, which used naval vessels to rescue migrants in the Mediterranean. Her move was in response “to populist Italian Interior Minister Matteo Salvini’s policy of keeping ports closed to illegal migrants.”
But now Merkel is calling “on members of the European Union (EU) to resume rescuing migrants in the Mediterranean using naval vessels.”
Merkel doesn’t seem to think that her country has suffered enough from jihad attacks, the soaring Islamic antisemitism that even she has admitted exists, sex attacks, prison radicalization and other violence, not to mention the exorbitant costs associated with the excessive influx of Muslim migrants (to top 78 billion by 2022) into Germany, many of whom refuse to integrate. She is willing to invite more of the same into Europe as she demands that other EU leaders follow her suicidal immigration policy, as she demands that EU leaders resume efforts to aid illegal migrants coming to Europe from Libya via the Mediterranean.
A month ago, the upstart Libyan leader Fayez al-Sarraj threatened the EU with 800,000 more migrants, including “criminals and terrorists,” “unless the assault on Tripoli by warlord Khalifa Haftar ends soon. Sarraj issued this warning – which could be taken as a threat to prod Europe into taking action against Haftar.”
Given the weakness and globalist assumptions of leaders such as Merkel, the threat of renewed hijrah could well materialize.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel has called on members of the European Union (EU) to resume rescuing migrants in the Mediterranean using naval vessels.
The German leader commented on the issue stating that it would be good to resume a mission like Operation Sophia, which was largely suspended in March of this year after huge resistance from the populist Italian government, Die Welt reports.
“Surely it would be good if we would again today have a mission Sophia so that government ships would save lives,” Merkel said.
In March, the EU announced the suspension of naval operations in the Mediterranean stating, “Member States have decided to extend the mandate of Operation Sophia for six months with a temporary suspension of its naval assets while member states continue working on a solution related to disembarkation.”

Operation Sophia, which began in 2015 and saw tens of thousands of migrants rescued and largely transported to Italy, has been criticised by many, including the government of Libya, where many migrants attempt to access Europe from….
Our Dem party truely did not corner the market on stupid. Merkel is as stupid as anyone in the Dem clown car. What amazes me is the tolerance level of the German people for this crap. They really are a country that can’t lead, but can be led to the cliff and jump. Great engineering, shit for brains in politics.
Insane, isn’t it? No one is being “rescued”. They float out a short distance from shore and the “charity rescue boats” pick them up and take them to Europe. They float out to sea BECAUSE the boats take them to Europe. It’s a complete scam by people who want Europe to become North Africa.
And Merkel and her fellow evil kooks are insisting it resume.
Merkel is like one of those crazies who pop up every now and then on a commercial aircraft and suddenly decide they must open the cabin door in flight.
I won’t argue with you about that. A little nutcase from Austria once led the Germans into a hell hole. I had hoped they learned their lesson. Mom was third generation German descent her folks and grandparents were good people. German Americans and proud of it. Coming to America must have woke them up. How Merkel and company are trashing Germany is sad. Young US men have fought there twice. Hope we don’t have to go to three.
The proper response to this kind of demand requires artillery.
Or what? Is she planning any military invasions , if they refuse?
This woman wants to go to high places in the EU. She can do that by betraying Germany.
Tow them back to Africa and dump them in Libya.
And this is why GB wants Brexit. Markel is helping to destroy European culture because Ethnic Germans don’t make enough babies.
As always, German’s make a great Americans (Rumsfeld and Trump and a lot of my family for example) - but they make lousy Germans. Individually most Germans are nice and they’ve made huge undeniable contributions to Western Civilization. Collectively however, the Germans are a total disaster.
