Then chain them down in the middle of a Texas sized Fire Ant Mound, sprayed with Simple Syrup and left there with a 60” TV so they can wake up and watch themselves get Fire Anted.
Put it on Pay per View. Give the Money to the Victim’s Family.

All the more reason to have prison teirs. Regular prison, baloney sandwich twice a day in a tent with a cot. Startbusting rocks, jJail cell, mattress d 3 squares. Start actually living like a human and contributing back to society and getting educated, 3 decent meals, higher level accommodations and more privileges.
Honestly, why even hold a trial for murderers like that? Summary execution is not PC, but it gets the point across.

Better cure is the old soviet trick - tell the guy he’s free to go - it will be a nice spring day flowers blooming, he can see as he is led past a large window toward the next room where he will be given a nice ser of cloths to wear.
