Why should McConnell get a gold star for simply doing the basics of the job he was elected to do? Given the uneven history of “GOP” judges (Souter, Kennedy, etc.) I certainly won’t count my MAGA chickens on these GOP Senate vetted judges, either.

Should I be grateful for McConnell and the GOP Senate sinking President Trump’s MAGA Fed Picks and his recent DNI pick? Of course not.
