According to an interview granted by the lawyer for intelligence asset Joseph Mifsud to journalist John Solomon, professor Mifsud admitted to being a western intelligence asset who was part of a CIA intelligence “operation” against candidate Donald Trump in March 2016.

Solomon notes that an audio-taped deposition exists from Joseph Mifsud prior to going into hiding after the 2016 Presidential election. From the description it sounds like Mifsud anticipated his assisted suicide and recorded a deposition as leverage against his unwanted demise. WATCH:
What Solomon describes would align with the CIA purposefully leaking the details about Mifsud to the Washington Post on July 1st, 2019.
In the synergy between the U.S. intelligence apparatus and their media agents, the CIA, DOJ and State Department have specific outlets assigned to public relations.
A long-tracked pattern reflects the DOJ and FBI leak their needs to the New York Times. The preferred outlet for the U.S. State Department is CNN; and the Washington Post generally comes out first with leaks in defense of the CIA agenda.
This pattern has been remarkably consistent for years.
So against a backdrop of looming revelations about the intelligence community and their activity in the 2016 election; suddenly The Washington Post, seemingly out of nowhere, pushed an article intended to diffuse the issues around western intelligence asset Joseph Mifsud.

Mifsud better have made lots of copies of that deposition. Even if he fails to suffer a untimely accident, embarrassing evidence can conveniently disappear.
Once again, sorry to be the pessimist, but none of these folks are going to jail. Just like Comey got zero charges for outright, admitted classified leaking. The Deep State protects its own.
The collusion of the Deep State in the Govt with the corrupt leftist media should be as strong a wake-up call as to the Left’s subversion of America as the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor was a wake-up call that we were at war.

Clapper had NBC. CNN the WP and the NYK have long traded news leaks for news spin. Thereby making them propagandist for the US government. Among all media personalities Maria Bartiromo easily has the most comprehensive grasp of the 2016 operation against President Trump. During two interviews today Bartiromo outlines the evidence that leads directly to the person at the origination point, former CIA Director John Brennan.

Other countries don’t need to learn anything from our media. Heck — most of these countries have GOVERNMENT-OWNED media as their dominant “news” sources. What do you think the BBC is?
Dead man’s switch? I didn’t read the whole article, but I assume Mifsud’s attorney has the original tape. I hope a copy of it lives with Solomon.

And that is precisely why every element of this conspiracy (which is NOT a theory) is so easily identified. John Brennan never was a Clandestine Service officer; he was an analyst. This “operation” was so big, so widespread, with so many moving parts inside and outside of the United States, that once it was exposed by ADM Rogers and members if his staff, the pieces fell like dominoes.
How many of the small-time players are willing to go to prison to protect Brennan, Clapper, et al? In my opinion, very few.
I’ve been inside of and around the Intelligence Community for over 40 years and, while I, too, am skeptical about some players actually going to prison, I maintain that information of the type that’s already been declassified and released to the public - with more to come - is an indicator that something serious is actually happening. I remain cautiously optimistic. I would not be the least bit surprised if one or more of the key players “does the right thing” and saves his/her family the embarrassment of arrest and prosecution.
