Oh the Yurps gave Jimmy Crater one before that. Also, don’t forget the one they gave Al Gore for making a laughable propaganda film.

The Nobel prize for science still means something. The “Peace” Prize now just means the Yurps like your politics.

So they are flying crewmen across the Atlantic to take the boat back. Yeah, that's efficient...not!

Oh, and does she think some oyster just opened up and out popped a "high tech" oceangoing racing yacht? I haven't seen the specs on this one, but you can bet it is probably made from fiberglass, stainless steel, maybe some aluminum (not great with saltwater though), carbon fiber, and other relatively exotic materials. Not to mention the man-made fibers in all the lines and sails. A lot of resources went into creating that one machine. She's an ignorant hypocrite - one of the worst kind, they aren't educated enough to know or realize how wrong they are.

Science is based on direct observations. Computer models don’t provide direct observation.

The Nobel Peace Prize has been worthless long before Obama got one for doing nothing.

The Nobel prize is awarded by Lefties to Lefties for just being Lefties.

It's a big Lefty cluster f*ck. It means nothing since they awarded one to Yassar Arafat and Al Gore.

About 20 countries closed their airspace to commercial jet traffic and it affected approximately 10 million travelers

Ask leftards to name a man made event like this other than a nuke.

probably the only nuke event comparable was the Tsar Bomba dialed down from 100MT to less than 50MT.

I just wonder how much carbon it took to build that “zero carbon high tech racing yacht”?

This yacht has none of those things. It was made only from materials one could find on Gilligan’s Island. :-P

“...but believes offsetting the emissions by funding carbon-reducing projects elsewhere “is better than doing nothing.”

Actually, staying in Sweden would produce the least CO2.

The Malizia II is a high-speed planing monohull, built-in 2016 and owned by German property developer Gerhard Senft. The “zero-carbon” yacht is fitted with solar panels and underwater turbines that produce electricity on board. Is 18.28 meters or nearly 60 feet and over 4500 square feet of sail. That’s a lot of sail boat for one person to use to cross the Atlantic, especially a 16 year old vacuum-headed twit.

There does not seem to be any description of the materials used for the hull, mast etc just that its a
‘zero-emissions” Tupperware boat like all other sailboats ...

Underwater turbines made from metal alloys are some how classified as ‘green’ cause they don’t count the materials used to make these very expensive items. Solar panels like the turbines grow on green trees and one just has to puck them off and voila!

Can’t leave out Yassar Arafat. He got a Nobel Peace Prize.

Wrap your head around that.

Greta, you hypocrite...Just look at all those photos of you and all the different clothes you had on...

Do you know how much energy was used to grow the cotton, manufacture the shoes, create the plastic??? How much fossil fuels was used to bring those clothes to market for you??? What did you have for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner yesterday, today and for tomorrow??? Did you grow everything you eat organically??? Or does it come from restaurants, supermarkets, or from your own home out of cans that are mass produced???
Unless you live in a cave, eat what you grow or find and wear leaves, you are a hypocrtie...

A mentally ill child has been weaponized by the environmentalist movement.

She has severe anxiety and Aspberger’s syndrome. She had selective mutism. Her parents admit this in the book they wrote. She admits that fighting for the climate, trying to impose order and control on the world, gives her relief from the anxiety.

She also learned how to bully people through her mental illness. Give up meat and be vegan, Mom and Dad, or I won’t eat. Mom, quit your job, or I won’t eat or go to school. Parents gave in. And it led to her thinking she’s morally right and reasonable to demand everyone else give up their lifestyle because SHE thinks it is right.

Of course environmentalists weaponized her as the spokesperson. She’s passionate because she’s irrationally devoted to the ideology.

That’s where she needs to be interviewed, like:
1) what is her expertise in scientific research that proves global warming, where she isn’t parroting all the other liberal liars but offers no proof?
2) what is the perfect climate for earth and when was the last time it was ever at that temp?
3) which is better, global warming where we can grow crops longer or global cooling where we can’t grow crops at all and animals freeze to death?
4) Global warming occurred to melt the glaciers from the ice age. If man wasn’t around at that time to create CO2, how did it happen, and why is it a good thing that it occurred back then and a bad thing now?
5) Why are all these predictions always set in the future and are always wrong?
6) What socialist POS is funding you?

the team recognises it’s “an imperfect solution” but believes offsetting the emissions by funding carbon-reducing projects elsewhere “is better than doing nothing.”

So I'm actually doing nothing, but I get to feel smug about it, and thus may now say that I'm "doing something"! Perfect!
