Democrats who keep telling us that vote fraud is rare and insignificant fight like hell to make sure the evidence remains buried — even when there are obvious danger signs such as exists in Montgomery County, Maryland, where there are more registered voters than resident citizens.
You might think officials would be anxious to find out why that is and would be eager to clean up their voter rolls. But Maryland officials fought in federal court to prevent Judicial Watch from obtaining voter data lists.
And they got skunked.
Judicial Watch announced that a federal court has ordered the State of Maryland to produce voter list data for Montgomery County, the state's biggest county. The court ruling comes in the Judicial Watch lawsuit filed against Montgomery County and the Maryland State Boards of Elections under the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA).
The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, Baltimore Division (Judicial Watch vs. Linda H. Lamone, et al. (No. 1:17-cv-02006)). The decision follows NVRA-related Judicial Watch successes in California and Kentucky that could lead to removal of up to 1.85 million inactive voters from voter registration lists. The NVRA requires states to take reasonable steps to clean up its voting rolls and to make documents about its voter list maintenance practices available to anyone who asks.
Judicial Watch had sought the Maryland voter list data after discovering that there were more registered voters in Montgomery County than citizens over the age of 18 who could register. U.S. District Court Judge Ellen Lipton Hollander rejected Maryland's objections to providing the voter list information under Section 8(i) of the National Voter Registration Act:

If JW has won a few of these court cases, there is now case precedent. And, if they keep doing this in other states, using the same arguments and keep winning then the voter rolls are opened up, right?
So, when the President got with Kobach to look into this, how was he denied getting the same information from states and subsequently the voter fraud committee he was on, went the way of the dodo?

Vote fraud and voter fraud has been rampabt for decades, getting worse all the time.
The area in the article is only one of many where there are more voters registered than the number of citizens over 18 years old.
Fraud has decided many many elections in the last decade (and as Buzz says) ...and Beyond!
That is a surprise. I thought we were forbidden from looking for vote fraud until we find evidence of massive democrat vote fraud.
Considering that the DemocRAT party has quietly advanced the goals of the USSR for decades, it is odd that they are suddenly concerned about Russian influence.
Unless, of course, the concern is all an act to try to convince conservatives that the people they support are all Russian agents. For the longest time, the left mocked conservatives who were concerned about the growing influence of Russia in the world. Thus, the left thinks that we are easily swayed into rejecting people if the left tells us they are friendly to Russia. But the notion that people who are advancing pro-America policies like rooting out vote fraud are actually pushing a Russian objective is ludicrous and bizarre.

Six counties commit most of the vote fraud...
I’d settle for JW standing outside the PG polling places and count the busloads of DC residents being bused from poll station to poll station to vote...
Have a friend who sees the same thing in northern VA...
This is my fear for the 2020 election. Dem areas will have more votes cast than registered voters. They will come up with bags and boxes full of dem votes. We had better be on watch. Hope Trump helps us out by requiring voter ID or purple fingers or SOMETHING.
JW actually won this case in CA. which was AMAZING however with all of the illegals voting in CA. cleaning up the I active voter rolls won’t do a damn bit of good!!! Someone NEEDS to investigate how many NON citizens are on the voter rolls until that is done CA. will remain a lost cause!!!

Judicial Watch doesn’t have to carry all the water. Every Republican organization in every county across the country could request this information now. And if there are more voters than residents, they have the ability to demand action.
I guess that’s one of the reasons the Left fought so hard with the census. A simple excel spreadsheet of both lists and Cali’s goose would be cooked.
That’s the problem, right there. The Left can gather up 100 people, none of whom have any idea why they showed up, but they’ll protest anything and call everyone that isn’t in their group every “ist” they can think of.
Republican’s can’t be bothered by this. The President has a huge, grassroots support system. Thousands show and wait a 36+ hours to see him, as they did in New Hampshire. How come our elected officials turn their backs on those very same people to protect their donors and puppet masters? Why do we keep electing the same clowns over and over expecting them to do for us?
Voting precincts in Philadelphia have the same issues and statistically cannot vote the way they do. Where is the Pennsylvania Republican machine? Same thing in Detroit, where they actually stopped the process because it was so corrupt. Where are the Michigan Republican’s? Too many RINO, Country Club Republicans that are happy with the way things are as long as they and their developers cronies can continue to cash checks.
