Does anyone think they will not stack the Court if given another chance?
Had Hillary won they would have replaced those suffering tragic accidents, slipping in the shower or an unexpected heart attack ... Thomas probably would have been first to go ... but now ... they probably have plans to pack away no matter what.
I'm sure there must be laws about threatening the Federal Judiciary, and the SCOTUS should rigorously enforce them to prevent possible coercion.
Three branches of government last I bothered to read the Constitution. The Senate is half of on third. The Judicial Committee is a small piece of that still.
Dems ONLY love the Supreme Court when they run it, the second its out of their hands they want the Supreme Court gone

IF Democrats win the presidency, and control Congress as a result of the 2020 elections, they will probably move to pack the Supreme Court. They will increase the size of the Supreme Court.
The size of the Supreme Court is set by statute law, as I understand it, not the constitution, so Congress can increase the size whenever they had a majority in favor, and a president who would sign such legislation.

Ever notice how Nancy Pelosi keeps talking about congress being Article One? That means the Dems think Congress is over the other branches of government. They do NOT understand co-equal.
The President should call their bluff and start taking steps to expand the Court now so the Democrats can be on record as opposing it and expose it as the blatant political move that it is.
They thought assassinating Scalia would put it firmly in their hands. I have to hand it to Mitchie McConnell for saving us from that scheme.
Stacking the courts. No collectivist has ever thought of that before.
Apparently, they have lost the courts and they know it.
When direct control is fails, indirect control it attempted.
They are losing control and they don’t like it.
They will feel the sting of the USSC being turned towards a conservative/traditionalist slant for many years to come. Their anger and frustration will only grow with each failed attempt to force-feed the dem-socialist agenda on the American people.
The way things are going I wouldn’t be surprised is the SC bends over and gives in to the communists.

Going after SCOTUS just as they have the President and others who stand in their way.....and they’d be fine if their actions destroyed this nation and it’s governance....if they can’t have the power and wealth they’re doing all they can so nobody else can either.
Frankly I don’t believe their party has been taken over, as others like to say, I believe we are seeing their party as it really is..... They haven’t “moved left” they’ve just had their masks removed and come out of hiding.
