The two guards who were in the jail unit where Jeffrey Epstein apparently killed himself fell asleep and failed to check on him for about three hours, then falsified records to cover up their mistake, a law enforcement official and a prison official said on Tuesday.

They put Horowitz in charge. He cant subpoena anything.
He cant look at Private phones, he cant look at Bank accounts, he cant look at personal email accounts. He has no jurisdiction or authority at Epsteins properties.
And his report will be out in 2023.

The most high profile prisoner in the United States. Recently taken off suicide watch. Guards fall asleep. Well, I guess that’s the government for you. Only the best and brightest.
