When they get their ‘guaranteed minimum income’ they will be free to spend lots of time protesting their employer’s policies.
Of course, since their employer will be we taxpayers, that means lots of taxpayer paid agitators. Working for a living gets in the way of protesting.

Go Reagan on them, NOW.
Hell at my Walmart they are all out for hours smoking.
I will never notice.
My local WallyWorld is well run and has some great folks working there.
I worked for the first Wal-Mart in Connecticut in sporting goods. It was nice...
I go to Walmart a few times a week.
What did you find wrong with Walmart?
Whatever happened to K-Mart...?
I grew up in Southern California, myself. Mostly in or around a little country town called Whittier. It seems to have pretty much disappeared into Los Angeles. Looking at Google Earth, I see that my favorite house of all those I lived in while I was there is now gone, and there are five houses on the lot it once occupied. Seems a mite crowded to me. My dad used to hunt mountain lion in the Whittier hills. I think they’ve mostly been replaced by coyotes. Humidity is a bit higher here, and we have tornadoes instead of earth quakes, most of the time. And I note a lot of my neighbors just moved here from Cali. Cost of living is a heck of a lot lower, here, too. $2.399 for a gallon of 100% gas, no ethanol, when I refilled the truck Monday. $3.09 for a gallon of the best milk I’ve found since I had a friend with his own dairy farm. Last time I was out there, in visiting my mom in 2004, I was paying more than that. I don’t worry about who other people are sleeping with, as I don’t see it as my business. I was born in Cali, but I’m an adoptive Okie. People here are generally quite friendly, polite, and easy to get along with. I’ve only been here about 23 years now. Maybe I’ve missed most of the bad people. My wife cooks because she likes to cook, and I support her to the best of my ability in doing so because I like to eat. She even owns several pairs of shoes. As for my race, AFAIK, I’m human. My family jokes that we’re true Americans. Heinz and 57 other varieties. Heck. We even have some liberals in the family.
Believe me, there are days I wish I lived back in the house I lived in on Cheyenne, downtown.
3400 sq ft of bachelor pad...
