Ted Cruz was born with three nationalities also, Canadian from his place of birth, Cuban from his father, American from his mother. His mother being a natural born citizen is irrelevant.
She had her child in another country with a foreigner.
Ted Cruz is no more a natural born citizen than Kalalalala.
He remained a Canadian citizen until 2014.
Again, natural born citizens are NATURALLY citizens because they cannot possibly be anything else.

All children born abroad have records of when they applied.
We are currently handing out citizenship to the children of both legal resident aliens and illegal aliens.
If they are not citizens, they cannot produce natural born citizens because those children are also foreign nationals and can claim other citizenships.
