Seems to me given today’s technology and the resources of our Just-us Department, they could have manufactured one by now....
In fact, I’m surprised they didn’t have one made up in advance. It was a giant oversight.....

This ISN’T a movie where he killed himself so his family could keep their riches, like Frankie Five Angels in “the Godfather”.
They didn’t give him a “choice” of being killed horribly or hanging himself (which is pretty horrible).
He was VAIN enough to believe he would see freedom and fun again and TOO full of himself to kill himself.
The word is the FIRST “suicide” attempt was a botched hit.
Someone killed him. I’m sure of it.
