Stella Nyanzi, the Makerere University academic, was sentenced last week to 18 months in prison. She was convicted under the countrys cybercrime laws of harassing Yoweri Museveni, after the publication of her poem that attacked the presidents record in office in the most vulgar terms possible

I hope it at least rhymes in the original language.
And the corrupt “president” is still in office, siphoning off money from the folks, who remain poor and hopeless. Reminds me of Baltimore and every other democrat-run city.

She does have a talent for creative cursing.
Kinda reminds me of our friend Laz when he goes off on a tangent.
Someone should have done something about Maya Angelou pretending to be a poet. Kinda like some of the rappers pretending to be musicians.
