There is no way that Judge Amy Berman Jackson was randomly assigned to corrupt cop Strzok’s case.

BlackElk (R.I.P.) told me how they games the system in Connecticut. The judges were supposed to be "randomly" assigned. In this case, there was a rotation. So, when you get in line to file, you wait until the judge before the target judge is assigned to another case, then you step up and file.
