Plenty of other religions represented as well.
Evolution is simply a theory used to explain the evidence found in the fossil record and the geological facts we observe.
Many people, make evolution much more than that. But as a scientific theory, it is simply a way of explaining the observed data.

sorry but as a practicing Christian I know the Bible does not tell us how old the earth is. Interpretations of the peoples births and deaths in Genesis indicates what we assume to be the age of the earth. But nowhere does the Bible tell us that the earth is XXX number of years old. Therefore I will withhold judgment.
The Bible is a book of faith and life, not a scientific textbook and should not be treated as one. In my humble opinion
There is evidence to the contrary of the old earth theory that does make sense.
Your right a bomb cannot make a watch anymore than erratic spontaneous evolution could produce life as we know it.
