Investigative reporter John Solomon joined Sean Hannity on Thursday to discuss the latest developments on the ongoing John Durham investigation on the origins of the junk Trump-Russia witch hunt.
Solomon told Sean Hannity that Western asset Joseph Mifsud has already testified and the Durham investigators have already obtained a taped deposition of his testimony.
Last week former US Attorney Joe diGenova also reported that US Attorney John Durham and IG Horowitz have already interviewed Joseph Mifsud.
John Solomon: I can report absolutely that the Durham investigators have now obtained an audio-taped deposition of Joseph Mifsud where he describes his work, why he targeted Papadopoulos, who directed him to do that, what directions he was given and why he set that entire process of introducing George Papadopoulos to Russia in motion in March of 2016. Which is really the flashpoint the start point of this whole Russia collusion narrative.

Ingraham had an excellent show tonight, Joe DiGinova and The Duersh both explained how what Barr was doing was a good thing.
And that Comey is still very much on the radar.
They need some more solid prosecutable charges

They both indicated that a Grand Jury will be called.
And also mentioned sometimes they have a Grand Jury in action but don’t tell anyone right away.
Seems to make sense, Joe is real smart, and The Duerch (I can’t spell Duerchowhich) is too, for a democrat.
They may be playing the long game, but I wish they would speed it up.
The take is they don’t want to politicize the process, and not use the Justice Dept as a weapon like the dems do/did.
See my last post, it seems that Barr is very professional and has a strong code of ethics and wants to not charge/indict unless he’s got a strong enough case to convict.
Prosecuting Cardinal Comey in the leaking would have been foolish. *Confidential* is the lowest level of classification.
He has already been removed from his job. He’s a first time offender. Worst case, he would have had to pay a fine. As a multimillionaire, a fine would be absurd.
Nobody would have sent the Cardinal to prison over this.
The optics would have been terrible.

who did the durham investigators obtain the audio-taped (not video taped???) deposition from??? IG investigators??If so was Mifsud a DOJ employee?? Deposition not interview/interrogation? Was Mifsud questioned, interrogated, or did he just volunteered a deposition/ self serving statement? doesn’t sound like testimony to a grand jury..lots of questions. Barr and Horowitz both interviewed him?

What about using these obvious violations to create pressure on his other criminal acts ? Why not tie it all into a narrative that is politically based ? Why drop charges without geting anything in return ? There is not a shred of justice in DC. We will put that on its memorial plague.
I agree,..it is just as believable that justice will finally arise, as nothing but crickets for the next 2 years, with the justification that it must wait for the 2020 election.

That said, if this particular article is true, it could explain Barr's refusal to worry about prosecuting Comey for leaking memos. There might be actual evidence of much worse. However, if it comes down to just this Misfud bozo's testimony, that's probably not going to pull the cart either.
Regardless of what happens, there is no way that Obama and/or HClinton are even indicted, much less convicted of anything. Any such prosecution of either of them would be considered a political prosecution by (the crazy) half of the country. It will be seen and shouted from every media avenue as an example of "criminalizing policy differences". If it looks like something real might be happening, you can expect to see that phrase chanted on ABCCBSNBCNSNBCCNNFOX twenty times an hour. That is even though they have completely completely ignored the actual criminalization of policy differences when committed by democrats.
