Sorry but I see them beating us down until there's no fight left. There is no reason not to prosecute Comey for crimes we know he committed not because bigger charges are coming because they can do both, do all. If these people never pay for their crimes, we're done.

But in this case, Horowitz will (according to the source) do his job and send criminal referrals. It's Bill Barr (according to the source) who is dropping the ball by not prosecuting.

So far there is zero evidence the court has sanctioned or has any intention of sanctioning the perps. I don’t see how the Trump DOJ prosecutes anybody for those crimes given that. The Never Trumpers and Dems will fight that every inch and the GOP will leave POTUS out to dry.
The DOJ is not capable of much. And their boss seems impotent on rule of law and equal justice for high ranking dems, even the ones who tried to sabotage the election results.
At least Holder and Lunch were corrupt enough to do their boss’ bidding.

Prosecutors never start off with mail fraud or its equivalent. It is always piled on at the end of other charges.
In addition, Comey’s memo leak led to the appointment of Mueller. Had Comey been indicted today, the media would easily convince their base that Trump was simply taking out revenge.
NPR this morning didn’t even mention the non-indictment. That is how worried they are.
