Back from a great Alaska cruise and visiting my son in N Calif

Three souls stood before Peter at the gate. After he welcomed them and assured them the gate would be opening for each of them soon, Peter said he had a little game he liked to play.
“You tell me the amount of your income and I will guess your occupation.”

The first said his income last year was $78,324.62.
Peter said, ‘You were a CPA in life, correct?’
‘That is right!’, was the reply.

The next guy said he made $350,000 and Peter guessed he was a trail lawyer and was correct again.

The third guy said his income was around $7,000 but if he had worked a bit more, he could have brought the number up to $8,500.
Peter asked, ‘So, what was the name of your bluegrass band?’

Thanks. It’s always a sad thing to lose one of our kittehs but when they’re sick enough, it’s a relief to know they’re at peace. That’s what gets me through.
