If Schiff were honest, he’d be neither Democrat nor Congressman.
Hell, they can’t stop....That’s all they got...They don’t do squat for the American people in the House...This is the only thing they can do to stay in the spotlight even though it shows their idiocy...
The members of Congress (both parties) for the most part just live for all the benefits and perks they get from office...They are oblivious of what the country needs...
The election of Donald Trump really threw a huge boulder in their path...Before, they could all just sit back and every now and then give a (harumph) speech and claim to be “working hard”...
Now the President is forcing them to be somewhat accountable (a word that scares the hell outta them)...
Because of their fright of the President, they are actually showing the American people that they really don’t care at all about their constituents because they don’t even try to make a show of working for their districts...
Schiff is worried about discovery in a Senate proceeding.
No democrat has named a high crime.
Not one.
The real question is why is this lightweight in charge of the Intelligence committee of the Congress of the United States?!
The Chinese Communists have to be howling with laughter when they see him.
One of the many reasons Dems are bluffing on impeachment.
Another is that Trump is allowed a full defense. That means he can subpoena witnesses. Imagine Comey, Brennan, Clapper, PIAPS, Obama, et. al., being put under oath and being forced to take the fifth over and over.
The Dems will not vote for impeachment as they can’t unring the bell, imo.
From that pic it looks like he’s playing hooky from plowing the south forty, like his dad told him to do.
....but that is not an exoneration! /s
Schiff should be the first perp walked due to sheer douche baggery...

Impeachment is just indictment. Can’t indict if a crime cannot be articulated. Mere articulation of alleged crime isn’t enough, there must be enough evidence to reasonably suggest the crime was committed, and by the alleged perpetrator. “We did not address ‘collusion,’ which is not a legal term. Rather, we focused on whether the evidence was sufficient to charge any member of the campaign with taking part in a criminal conspiracy. It was not.” - Mueller
Democrats may have a House majority, but not by much. Zero Republicans will vote in favor. Enough Democrats either don’t believe an indictment is appropriate, or reasonably fear repercussions for indicting, to overwhelm the small margin of voting bloc superiority. D leaders probably can’t get enough votes to achieve a majority vote.
Ergo, impeachment per se is unlikely in best case.
Acquittal? that comes in the Republican-controlled Senate, acting on the objective evidence as it applies to the alleged crime - neither of which even exist, as articulated by Mueller: if there isn’t enough evidence to specify a crime for which to indict the subject, there certainly isn’t enough to convict. Acquittal due to lack of anything legally actionable.
They always say obstruction but they never get around to telling you what he actually did. Its like my saying Schiff is a murderer over and over but never telling you who he killed or how he did it.
What a COWARD!!!
Schitt will charge PDJT with Jaywalking in 1969
(since he has no other crime to charge him with)
and yes,
DJT will be acquitted
since Schitt doesn’t even have any evidence of That!
Schiff has NOT been right on one thing the last two years. AND he’s wrong on this too.
Could? Unless someone can tell me where the 67 votes are in the Senate to convict then there is no chance at all an impeachment trial doesn't end with acquittal.
That is exactly correct.
Sounds like Schiff is engaged in one-ups-man-ship with Nadler.
Both are fighting to stay relevant....to get the all-imporant camera-time (to keep their donors writing checks).
Is it true that the kid in the picture disappeared shortly after posing with the POS, Schitt?
Article I of Impeachment:
As Special Counsel Mueller through his lack of candor in refusing to answer questions from our committee to our satisfaction, possibly gave a vague impression that the president may have committed some kind of obstruction of justice, Congress charges the president with some kind of obstruction and refers this to the Senate for trial.
