IIRC, the period after the Freddie Gray nonsense, Baltimore was up there with both ChiTown and LA.
On a typical weekend, there are seven to ten homicides. It's worse when it's really hot. Seriously.

At every level, federal, state, county, and local, control by Democrats is a rapid descent into poverty and lawlessness.
Eighty percent of the murders in Baltimore occur in the portion that lies in the 7th Congressional District, represented by Elijah Cummings.
Los Angeles is getting the same way in the homeless districts.

The simple fix for this is to be clean.
Demo rat controlled cites for decades have caused this problem yet the politicians and the inhabitance are up in arms calling Trump racist and making a proud stand with #we are Baltimore. Proud of their crime, rats, murders, shootings, gangs, and bad drivers. Enjoy
