If I were him, I would try to buy the entire prison staff. He could offer the warden $100 million, ten million to each top officer, and a million or two to each guard. Then, waltz out of there.
Senator Ted Cruz suggests that El Chapo’s billions be confiscated by the US to pay for the wall. The Mexican government claims El Chapo’s money belongs to Mexico. The money was gained criminally by selling his poison to Americans and at the expense of the scourge it placed on the US. I surmise the currency is in US dollars and not Mexican pesos. Do the Mexicans have a valid claim? I think not!

Well, I doubt that, but his “tunnel diggers” need to be shot on site if they try!
With the geology of Colorado, they would probably have to blast a tunnel, not dig. They aren’t called the Rockies for nothing.
