A Twitter account representing House Democrats has slammed Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's chief of staff for targeting 'a Native American woman of color'.
It comes after firebrand New York Rep. AOC accused House Speaker Nancy Pelosi of repeatedly singling out 'newly elected women of color'.
The Democrat made the shocking declaration last Wednesday night following a private meeting in which Pelosi warned party members to stop publicly criticizing one another on social media.
However, the House Democrats Twitter account, which represents the full caucus, criticised Ocasio-Cortez's chief of staff Saikat Chakrabarti, after he tweeted criticism of Rep. Sharice Davids, a Kansas Democrat and Native American.
The tweet read: 'Who is this guy and why is he explicitly singling out a Native American woman of color?
'She is a phenomenal new member who flipped a red seat blue. Keep Her Name Out Of Your Mouth.'

I’m completely thrilled that the RATS are now accusing each other of racial and ethnic targeting simply because the person criticized is a minority. For too long, they reserved that particular unfairness for our side.

Ocasio-Cortez has served on the board of the dark money group’s “sister organization,” Justice Democrats, since December 2017.
Her chief of staff, Saikat Chakrabarti, has also been a Justice Democrats board member since December 2017, and also served as the political action committee’s executive director until February 2018, according to his LinkedIn.
Ocasio-Cortez’s attorney told Snopes on March 8 that she left Justice Democrats’ board in June 2018, but the PAC’s corporate filings with Washington, D.C., currently list her and Chakrabarti as “entity governors” of the group. Ocasio-Cortez never disclosed to the Federal Election Commission that she and Chakrabarti, who served as her campaign chair, controlled Justice Democrats while it simultaneously supported her primary campaign!

Not Really!: Ocasio-Cortez’s, boyfriend was paid $6,000 by a PAC owned by AOC’s Puppet Master, Saikat Chakrabarti, now her chief of staff, at a time “when her campaign was running out of money.”
The PAC is affiliated with Justice Democrats, a collaboration between Chakrabarti and Cenk Uygur of The Young Turks, Thompson noted.
