Doesnt he get to keep campaign funds if he is unsuccessful?

I believe all candidates for office can keep funds collected if they don't win

I think this is the main reason most of them are running

I'm sure at least 1/2 of them KNOW they are gonna drop out
It's all about the Benjamins
