If the government were to require that only men or only women had to pay a tax of several hundred dollars a year solely because of their sex, that would be an unconstitutional denial of equal protection under the 14th Amendment. Yet that is exactly the effect of the so-called tampon tax.

This is bullshit, gender identity is a social construct. Trans women, Trans men, non-binaries can use tampons AND get abortions so it is NOT gender specific so the 14th amendment does not apply.

As long as it is comfortable, young girls can use tampons. If it isn’t, they simply don’t want to use them. Most teen girls wish they could so they can wear any clothes and perform sports and stuff. So they try to if possible.
