what ever number he comes up with through the agencies will be blocked again by the USSC for use in the congressional districts, because the info did not come from the census.

Non-citizens, including illegals—”every person”— are counted for Representation. The only ones who do not count are “non-taxed Indians” and I don’t know if they still exist.

...

Does the Census have to be done in a particular way?

Yes, thanks to the Rats we can't ask about citizenship, on the Census.... So now, Trump attempts to cobble together the data from a bunch of secondary sources (Federal department data bases).

The Rats will next complain "it isn't accurate" -- BECAUSE they won't let the question on the freakin' CENSUS!!!

The whole thing is maddening. BTW, are all of our US courts totally corrupt??

Maybe it's a 4-D chess trap on Trump's part - he can point and laugh when they say the departmental data's "too inaccurate"....

“what ever number he comes up with through the agencies will be blocked again by the USSC for use in the congressional districts, because the info did not come from the census.”

If true and assuming that would be an issue, maybe an executive order could be issued to temporarily make those agencies part of the census until their work is completed?

We're screwed again by the communists and their quest to destroy America.

The use of the numbers for apportionment of Congressional districts is a whole different matter. In addition to US citizens, we have at any one time 15 to 20 million legal permanent residents (green card holders) who have all the rights and benefits of citizens save voting. IMO they should be included in the apportionment of Congressional districts. Regardless, there will be a huge legal fight that would go to SCOTUS to settle who should be counted for that purpose.

The most important outcome of the Trump attempt to get a count is transparency. We don’t know how many illegal aliens there are in this country and where they live. Our USG databases should give us a fairly accurate estimate. The public will be surprised by the numbers.

In a state like CA, the illegal population provides the state with 3 to 5 additional Congressional seats. When you look at individual districts like Maxine Waters’s district, you will see far lower vote totals compared to the average totals nationally. This is largely a function of fewer citizens living in her district. The Brits had a name for such districts. They called them “ rotten boroughs.”

The point is to make the American people aware of how many illegals are here, I would say between 30 and 40 million

You are absolutely right. A first year law student would see this a mile away. This cockeyed plan has MAJOR FAIL written all over it.
