Throwing Acosta under the bus would be used as an admission of guilt.

Acosta's deal with Epstein happened when GW Bush was President, and is no reflection on Trump. I want to know why the sweetheart deal was offered. Either Acosta really didn't have a case (doubtful, US Attorneys don't indict people until they have a clear path to conviction), someone ordered him to stand down, or he was made an offer. Time for Acosta to come clean.

Michael Mukasey was AG at the time, and he must have been briefed on and involved in such a high visibility case. Was he involved in declining to prosecute? If not, then who? Bush? Curiously, AG Mukasey's son, Marc Mukasey, is one of Trumps lawyers. What a tangled web!

I disagree. Acosta has some ‘splaining to do. Why did he make this deal. Did he do it on his own, or was he taking instructions from higher ups?

To get the answer, and whichever answer it is, he has to resign.

Acosta would make a good GOAT

Cut his throat and then take out 50 democrats with the same knife.

Look very carefully at who told Acosta that Epstein belonged to intelligence and above his pay grade. Names please. Don’t be surprised if one rhymes with “colder”.

It should take all of 2 minutes to do that. Get rid of him or be tied to him.

Salesman on a back road with a large puddle across it, asks a farmer is it deep? Farmer replies no. Salesman goes to cross and his car sinks outa sight. Salesman swims to shore and yells at the farmer “I thought you said it wasn’t deep”. Farmer says pointing at his waist “only come up to here on my ducks”.

Mukasey was the AG at the time(11/2007-01/2009), he took over after Gonzalez(02/2005-09/2007) abruptly resigned during the Plea Deal Negotiations with Epstein. Both appointed by Junior, makes you wonder how many people are really involved

GW totally seems like the kind of guy who would do a big favor like this to cover for his fellow elites. GW is Yale man and an admitted skull and bones member. Mukasey is a fellow Yale grad, attending at the same time as GW. Also skull and bones? Who knows? Whatever the case, it’s time for Acosta to come clean on how this sweetheart deal for Epstein was reached.
