Federal prosecutors on Monday said investigators found nude photos of what appear to be underage girls at financier Jeffrey Epstein's residence in New York.
"Agents executed a search warrant on [Epstein's] mansion in New York City and recovered and seized evidence including nude photographs of what appear to underage girls," Geoffrey Berman, the U.S. attorney in Manhattan, said at a press conference.
An FBI official said anyone who may have been hurt by Epstein or who has information about any alleged crimes should contact the agency.
“We are asking anyone who may have been victimized by Jeffrey Epstein, or anyone who may have information about his alleged criminal behavior, to please call us," FBI Assistant Director William Sweeney added in a statement. "The number is 1-800-CALL-FBI. We want to hear from you, regardless of the age you are now, or whatever age you were then, no matter where the incident took place."
Charges against Epstein were unsealed Monday for sex trafficking and conspiracy to commit sex trafficking.
Epstein's attorney, Jack Goldberger, did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The Hill. Before the indictment was made public, Goldberger said his client would plead not guilty, according to Reuters.
More than a decade ago he pleaded guilty to sex trafficking and was sentenced to serve just 13 months in prison, the Miami Herald reported.
The new indictment follows heavy criticism of the past prosecution of Epstein. Then-U.S. attorney and current Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta in particular has come under scrutiny for a deal that allowed Epstein to avoid a life sentence. Acosta has defended the arrangement, arguing it ensured Epstein would spend time behind bars.
No wonder in all the liquor stores it says “No Miners Served.”

If the allegations are true I have to believe he has spy cam video of the men who were foolish enough to take him up on his offer.
If there is video (and photos) what did he do with it? Who did he share it with? Who did he give it to?
Who is in possession of it now? Are they going to release them or destroy them?
All it takes is for one of the minors that looks remotely like one of the ones in the photo to step up and say “Yes that is me.”
If someone does, and a calculation made that shows they were minors at the time ... slam dunk case. Juries have little tolerance for legal shenanigans that try to obscure what they see.
Aren’t photos always nude? I know I have never seen one wearing clothes. I have seen photos depicting people who are nude, though.

I think this is most likely what will bring him down, since he’s a convicted sex offender. The trouble with the current indictment is its most recent allegations concern conduct that apparently occurred in 2004 or 2005 and the Federal statute of limitations for child sex crimes was eliminated in 2006, meaning he may have a defense there. Then there’s the non-prosecution agreement that the Manhattan U. S. Attorney says only applied to Miami, something Epstein’s attorneys may well challenge. It’s going fun to see the challenges to the search warrant that got the FBI into his townhouse.
Since Dershowitz was one of his attorneys in the Miami case, it’s also going to be great fun to see what he has to say about this one.

I'm no lawyer, but I would think that if they had a reasonable warrant that go them into the townhouse, and they found child porn that has been in his possession in 2019, then statute of limitations doesn't matter. You can't possess that stuff. He did. Up until a few days ago.
On another thread someone posted that it’s been reported that after some the kids had been “used” at the island, they were put on Lolita Express, headed for the U.S., and the kids were thrown out over the ocean. I wonder if there are living people who match with the photos.
Dershowitz was incriminated back then but was actually instrumental in the unsealing of this case, all while being Pro-Trump for the past year or two.

Excellent point. Kiddie porn has no expiration date. Photos taken 20 years ago will get you sent to prison the same as photos taken yesterday.
While I’m sure Epstein took and curated his own actual photos, when the Deep State wants to come and get you, they plant similar photos on your PC to find when the SWAT Team jacks you up.

Look at the photos of Epstein’s island. It has a temple and owl statues. It is a shrine to Moloch. There is a reason why God told Saul to kill all the Amalekites. They were Satan worshiping child abusers.
