“African American” is crazy. You can assume a black person is African to some extent. But there’s no way to tell if a person is American or not. My black friends prefer, “black”.

The left is obsessed with skin shade, because it uses it to divide people into warring groups. Membership in a group is a privilege, however. Remember Rachel Dolezal? She was kicked out for not being authentically Black.
