This is exactly what the President should publicly request be done by the Congress in the form of a law or by E.O..

A law to force obeying existing laws? That’s one of the things the Bush amnesty bill had. What we need is better people.
Funny, but not what I meant. The law would be to forbid financial, medical or any other form of assistance to illegals.
Only exception would be a ride to the border.
Yes, that would be good. I don’t think Dems in the House would vote for it though. And I’m not sure about Rs in the senate either.
Well of course they wouldn’t, it’s a law which will actually fix a problem and do it almost immediately.
