The NBC and MSNBC hosts for the very first 2020 Democratic presidential debate on Wednesday catered to the partys far-left base, offering questions about just how to take guns away from Americans, the need for aggressive action on climate change and repeated questions about how the nominee would fight the looming threat of Mitch McConnell.
If anyone thought that far-left host Rachel Maddow wouldnt make her presence felt, they were mistaken. She pushed the Democrats on the immediate need for more gun control: Next to nothing has changed in federal law that might affect the prevalence of school shootings. Is this a problem that is going to continue to get worse over our lifetimes or is there something that you would do as president that you really think would turn it around?

i can’t imagine that regular folks saw anything appealing in last night’s debate ...
how many regular folks thought to themselves while watching the debate: “I really like their ideas for leading our country, and my family and i will be better off with one of those people as the leader of our country”?
If anybody thinks these Democrats want to take over this Republic and make life easier for the citizens have obviously lost too much active cortex.
All the questions boiled down to: “Why are you the best person to promote the Far Left agenda?”
Which is not necessarily wrong, given the venue.
My issue is that the Presidential debate between President Trump and the eventual Democrat nominee which feature questions that boil down to: “Why are you the best person to promote the Far Left agenda?”
In those actual presidential debates, I’d like to bee Bernie or Warren, or whomever get asked, “Why are you the best person to defend our Second Amendment rights?” or “What will you do to secure our national border?”
But that’s not how the media plays the game.
Damn! Why do I keep missing these?
You mean, you don’t think lots of people rushed to research what section 1325 of the immigration law says?????
Sarcasm......
