“Both were hip deep in weapons they have been using against each other for a number of wars.” Yes, my post was about Iran in #30 but it related to their mirror image with Iraq. Weapons are all over the middle east. And we helped put some of them there starting with Carter in the 1970’s.

If somebody considered far to the left is nominated she might balance the ticket.
But Hawaii is solid Democrat and Samoan Hindus aren't a very large voting bloc and if Democrats really want somebody closer to the center as VP, they'll look for somebody from the mainland.
It's been a political phrase for almost as long as it's been a sexual one.
It fits more with the Bush administration than Trump's, though.

Hubby believes she is/was a GOP, but only turned Rat to get elected in Hawaii. He worked with her father, Mike, 25 or 30 years ago in an anti-homosexuality organization, and he was a decent guy. Tulsi should’ve been raised right. (Of course, things and people change over three decades.)

Unless HW or Dubya intervened in some way to “save” a family member from serving in the military, your point / argument is irrelevant.
In reply to the article, I would say that Tulsi is showing spectacular inability to think out of the box.

She’s another Kerry. She served in Iraq as a reserve admin officer, from Hawaii with the army national guard, in a medical unit, the 29th. It was forward, but the only action she saw was accidental if at all.
