WASHINGTON — Former special counsel Robert Mueller has agreed to testify in public about his two-year Russia investigation at a hearing before the House Intelligence Committee and Judiciary Committee on July 17, which comes after the chairmen of the two panels issued a subpoena compelling his testimony.
In a press release issued late Tuesday, Judiciary Committee Chairmen Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., and Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., said that Mueller had agreed to testify next month.
“Pursuant to subpoenas issued by the House Judiciary and House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence tonight, Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller III has agreed to testify before both Committees on July 17 in open session,” the chairmen said in a statement.

Under oath or it is a big waste of our time.
Mueller about to fold like a cheap suit.
It’s under oath.
A bunch of actors read the report last night.
It’s not a waste of dems’ time.
It was set up in this way purposely to try and destroy Trump.
And it will be another epic failure.
And I’m a worrier. If i’m not worried, no one should be.
No noo- I will not testify. Ohh ok I’ll be the Judas and lie under oath and tell you guys exactly what you need to impeach.
Maybe it’s just an attempted ‘save face’ moment.
This is an opportunity for the Republicans to have some real ammunition to fully expose the corrupt Mueller. Will they do it? Will they tear this jackass a new one? Don’t hold your breath!
What does under oath mean to Mueller anyways?
They’ll let the impeachment happen the stop it in the senate and/or force Trump not to run for re-election because he’s “corrupt” or something.

Give this dirtball another chance to take a swipe at Trump.
He has plenty of time to practice his answers with the evil Dems before July 17.
AG Barr has it available for them to read in a “secure room” I believe, no copies can be given, no cameras, no notepads, etc. But the members of the Judiciary committee can go up to the DOJ and read it, fully, unredacted.
The Judiciary committee just want it released publicly and under law, AG Barr can not do that.
They want him to say that Trump obstructed justice. They need him to actually say that publicly. And they are going to push for him to say it.
Note he is testifying “publicly”, which means there is not going to be any real info, just more smear campaign against Trump.
Just more DemocRAT staged kabuki theater....

However, I remember that all evidence points to numerous Trump crimes for which he should be impeached, removed from office and then imprisoned.
