It is nice to have standards. Generally, the faculty is expected to sign an employment contract promising to meet those standards of conduct.
If sticking your Johnson in some dude's bunghole (or letting him stick his in yours) is more important to you that your job, well then, that's your choice.
Don't expect the school to lower their standards to cover such choices.
