People in Florida think he is an even bigger fake. Most of my family is Florida and closest friends (and more) are from Florida. Florida knows more than anyone the guy is fake. You must have worked on his campaign... Anyway, the UniParty specifically put a weak Democrat candidate to challenge him for the Senate run. They need his losership in the Senate.

I do know that Democrats think he is fake. I did not campaign for him, but will vote for him. He has been good for the state. Of course they need his number in the Senate.....we need majority to keep chairmanships and appoint judges. He has also voted on all the judges which is more important then anything else going on quite frankly.

Who said anything about trusting him? We all were pleasantly surprised at Lindsay Graham's role in the last SCOTUS nomination, and much earlier Snarlin' Arlen Specter was a hero in the Clarence Thomas hearings. If we rely only on those whose motivations are pure, nothing good will be done.

I don't trust Rubio, but I laud him doing the right thing.

Just Like his father figure and owner, Romney, he hoped for a Hillary win just like the Globalist Uni Party loser he will always be.

Rubio at least honored his signed pledge and endorsed candidate Trump in July of 2016. That's better than Romney ever did. John Ellis Bush, like his ol' man, broke his promise.

Rubio gets some things wrong too: emigracion (Gang of Eight), Romney sockpuppetry, always posturing every decision as ‘running-for-President’, and the whole Foam Boy bidness.

I have exactly 0 confidence he did so out of the goodness of his heart, so I agree with you. Imagine if he tried this hard for everything ELSE he should be worried about - we probably would’ve elected him president.

Not against Trump but certainly a sincere Rubio would have been head and shoulders preferable to McDead and Rambler Boy. If I weren’t cynical, I wouldn’t think that he did this to cement conservative and right-to-life support.
