I just searched for The Donald on Duck Duck Go, Bing and Google, and the Reddit fan club was the first return in each search.
I switched to ixquick, which says it uses a bunch of the other search engines and sends you your answers without tracking you or selling your info.
It seems to work well, and I don't have the eerie experiences some report of mentioning a product to your wife in the house and having a push-market ad show up on the next Web page you open.
Any thoughts on alternatives to google?
Do you put the exact name in double quotes?
Remember when Obama had all the tech titans in for meetings? Was this the strategy being discussed then?
It should help if you put quotes around it.
It does, but it really shouldn’t have to. If I type in the precise title, especially if it is a long one, it should be the first hit.
Google search is not blocking the results of this search:
“google plan insider prevent trump situation”
I mostly use StartPage.
google has a lot of very good search engine technology locked up in patents. Patents expire.
Also someone more cleverer than I can probably figure out ways to achieve the same results by methods that don’t violate the google patents.
Russia! Russia! Russia!
It's a data assault weapon!
A Collusionikov!
That's what pops up when I go to ixquick. Are they the same entity?

>Are they the same entity? <
Yes. The company is now known as StartPage.
Wiki says:
Startpage is a web search engine which highlights privacy as its distinguishing feature. It was previously known as the metasearch engine Ixquick,
You get the impression that these racist, bigoted, intolerant lefties would rather see a foriegnor as President instead of an American conservative citizen. Lol.
Alphabet is a public company.
“Google is owned by Sergey Brin, who is Russian...”
Alphabet is a public company.
Sergey Brin is one of the co-founders of Google. His wife is Susan Wojcicki, CEO of Youtube. The corruption runs deep here.

No doubt! I didn't mean to dispute that, just setting the record straight.
;)
Computer queries like phrases in double quotes. The query doesn’t necessarily link words that don’t seem to be linked in its little algorithmic mind.
Project Veritas’ Google exposure video got taken down by youtube.
Here’s a couple minute version on twitter:

Here’s his website that has the full 25 minute video:
Sure, and he is still one of the largest shareholders and the president of the company. For all we know the rest of the stock is held by the KGB!
