I was surprised he didnt dismiss for the spying on the defense.
I assume he will let it go to the panel. We will eventually find out if the medics story was known prior to testifying or if it just came out. I cant believe trial counsel would not have brought it out ondirect if he knew.
The judge made a decision that would least impact his career. He lacks courage and integrity. IOW, he's a REMF.
