When you go to the display, you'll see that there's independent Mission Control Channels and you can listen to them in combination or singular. Imagine these channels attached to all of the individuals you see sitting in Houston Mission Control. So, from the channel list, if you listen to FLIGHT, you would be hearing Gene Kranz. CAPCOM would be whichever astronaut is manning the line to communicate with the crew. These are typically the backup crew members. The channels include:
