A few years ago I was representing an organization in the USA at a European meeting of similar organizations. There was one representative for each country.

The attendees were complaining about professional licensing regulation changes in their respective countries. I added to the conversation my difficulty in that I am dealing with 50 different state licensing regulations.

They replied that I am the elephant in the room. My organization was bigger than all of their organizations combined. It took me a while to comprehend their statement, but I finally did.

Trump realizes that USA is the elephant in the world. While we are not the largest either in geographic area or population, we are synchronized in our development.

If the USA flexes its muscle, we could easily crush most countries without trying. I am extremely grateful that Trump is using economic muscle rather than military muscle, but he has both at his disposal.

Trump is the first President that understands economic warfare. Thankfully he is using it for good.

Trump is a master of Sun Tsu’s Art of War.

He knows that economic warfare will cause disruption and revolution within our enemies borders.

Shh don’t tell the crypto-liberals and anti-semites constantly
mewling about neo-con false flags

The dumbest thing Bush didn’t do in the ME
was not turn Iran into glass the second after
one of our men was maimed by an Iranian IED

The Muslim purple lipped rateared dog-eater
was beholden to an Iranian no surprise there

This is Iran’s MO. Anyone who doesn’t think this was Iran is a moron.

Trump should declare any Iranian Navy ship found in the Strait or the Gulf will be blown out of the water.

Solid point @24

Trump understands economics at a level the talking heads on television can only dream about. His use of economic actions up to and including tariff’s has been nothing short of brilliant.

The man can play the game. It is sad that more people do not see this nor do they understand just how wrong our “conventional wisdom” has been across the board.

Why? What is the right thing to do for them?

The Russian government has completely lost its mind. Back to the future with Putin.

I wonder often if this is really what the Russian people want, but have no way of knowing and the question rarely seems to be asked in our media. Do they really want their nation cozying up to Red China and Islamist Iran rather than building closer ties with the West?

They should be ashamed they placed communist over the interest of the American citizen.

But don't you remember all our foreign policy geniuses telling us how, once the commies realized the wonders of a little capitalism and international trade, it would turn them into freedom loving capitalist and protectors of individual rights and peaceful members of the global community? That's what they promised us.

I seriously doubt they'd ever take such an action without the Russians knowing about it ahead of time. Iran is one of Russia's major pawns in their "new world order" chess match. They've been conducing an annual series of war games with the ChiComs for nearly 15 years now, in obvious preparation for war with us and our allies. They CLAIM the war games are an "anti-terror" measure, but the size and scope of the exercises are way larger than for that purpose.

They are insane.

Even if they have their own issues w the US, to support the terrorists is insane and evil.

Well if we have solid proof then why isn’t Japan and Norway demanding compensation from Iran?

ROLFMAO. The number of Russians travelling to US declined three to four times in 2017 alone. Probably even worse today. The above was a result of the US consular policies in the first place but it did catch with the the populationn and even with restrictions eased few Russians want to travel and see US anymore.
Put yourself in Russian’s shoes and think for one moment what are American ties for you at this point? An electrical grid hacked or someone teaching you how to run your railroad? Maybe a ‘pride’ parade?
Chinese and Iranian ties mean business, jobs and at least a sort of cultural exchange.
What US ties means? The trade between US and Russia is miniscule at this point. There is no even GM, Ford and Apple there anymore.

They're been supporting and arming these and other terrorists for a very long time. Russia has never stopped being evil. They've invaded their neighbors, assassinated or jailed political opponents, worked secretly to undermine our war efforts (ie, help our enemies...enemies who are most often their allies), on and on.

I don’t want another war, but Iran is a big problem. How many times does a nasty kid on the playground have to tell you he will hurt you before you retaliate?

You can just about take it to the bank, that, behind the scenes, their puppet master, Russia, is orchestrating these recent actions.
