Trump Can Make California Great Again

Californians, what do you have to lose by voting for Trump?! It’s time for Democrats to defend the consequences of their democratic socialist policies that have ruined the state!

After visiting my hometown of Los Angeles, California a couple of weeks ago, for the first time in decades, I returned to Florida absolutely convinced that Donald Trump and the Republican Party could recapture the state if the president would take Rush Limbaugh’s advice and campaign there. Everything that’s wrong with California is the fault of Democrats! They can’t blame Republicans for the mess they’ve created there! It’s a one-party state! Can you think of anyone better than President Trump that can spotlight the left-wing policies that have wreaked havoc on the citizens of California? I can’t.

Whether it’s homelessness, unaffordable housing, illegal immigration, abandoning efficient and affordable fossil fuel energy that has created wealth and career opportunities for middle-class Americans, an erosion of their middle class, or the lack of true diversity that exist in the state because Republicans and people of faith are bullied and censored, it’s time for someone to draw attention to Democrats’ failure in California. Why not Trump? Why not now?

Think about this. If Democrats have the audacity to try and take back Texas that’s a successful red state, why don’t we have the cajones to take back California, a failing blue state?

Despite spending billions of dollars to fix California’s homelessness crisis, it’s worse than ever! According to ABC News in a column, in Los Angeles County alone, the homelessness crisis rose 12 percent in the last year under Garcetti’s underwhelming leadership to a total of 58,936 people. Furthermore, the streets of San Francisco are a mess, literally! They had to hire a “Poop Patrol” to clean up human feces on their streets because Democratic politicians refuse to enforce public urination and loitering laws that are already on the books.

On top of that, unaffordable housing in California is preventing middleclass Americans from obtaining the American Dream of buying a home and securing a decent retirement for themselves. Even the jobs of some unionized labor, such as the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), are being threatened by big city mayors that have embraced Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s Green New Deal. Moreover, low-skilled and entry level workers are forced to compete for jobs and wages with illegal aliens. The gap between the rich and poor is widening there. And now, Governor Gavin Newsom wants to force California residents to buy health care for illegal aliens when legal residents can’t afford it for their own families because Obamacare destroyed the industry. When will California voters say enough is enough?

It’s obvious that Democratic elitists in California think their voters are too dumb to think for themselves. That’s why they employed the “jungle primary” system, that allows the top two winners to go to the primary election, even if they’re both Democrats. Not only does this drown out competing political ideas from the GOP and other parties, preventing voters from having a real choice between candidates, but it also explains why California continues to creep further left to their detriment, and why they’ve become so intolerant of anyone that doesn’t subscribe to the liberal group think.

But it wasn’t always that way in California. There was a time when Republicans had a lock on the state. According to a 2016 column in the L.A. Times, in virtually every presidential election from 1952 through 1988 Republicans won the state. What changed? According to the column it was the surge of Latino and Asian immigrants in the 1990s that were unhappy with the GOP stance on immigration.

Although it would be a Herculean task for the GOP to win back California, it’s not impossible with Trump. The jobs and lifestyles of “legal” immigrants there are threatened by left-wing policies, including amnesty for “illegal” immigrants too. Furthermore, all of the failed policies of the left are on full display for the entire nation to see, if only someone would put them under a microscope. There’s no Republican politician in California with a platform large enough to expose Democrats’ failed policies in California. Trump has the pulpit and the courage. We should utilize his microphone and his courage to make California great again.

I say “GO FOR IT”. There has to be a silent majority of fed-up hard working citizens that are seeing their taxes being frittered away on no-citizen illegals, the trash and homeless encampments, the feces on the streets, the beggars, the wasteful spending on trains to nowhere. Farmers being ruined because of water diversion. Need I go on?

Clearly not, given the elections.

I would rather find a way to set off the fault and see the place drift off into the Pacific. It can become its own glorious, liberal island paradise - you know, kinda like Cuba, only with Hollywood and fags. If we could find a way to jettison Oregon, too, that would be a plus.

Low income housing would be available in droves were we not harboring millions of illegal alien families in the state. But that's not the cause of the homelessness.

Gang violence, child rape, human trafficking would all be drastically reduced if every illegal with a criminal record was imprisoned for the full term of their sentence and then ejected from the country.

But even skipping all those steps, simply enforcing our borders and arresting and removing anyone who illegally enters our country would drastically reduce the drugs streaming into our nation, which IS the root cause of homelessness in California.

Cops know who's on tough times, social services knows who is on tough times, both try to move them back into normalization as fast as possible. That's not 58,000 people who can't find a home in Los Angeles, that's 58,000 who refuse to give up their cheap drugs and comply with society once again.

They can't go to most shelters or enter into most housing programs - if they haven't already been ejected, they'd soon be due to illegal drug use and all the variety of crimes that goes along with it.

We have an illegal problem that sucks billions of dollars of social services, public housing, public education, and public health away from those who need it. We have an illegal problem that floods the streets with hard drugs.

California's newest solution? FREE HEALTHCARE FOR ILLEGALS! Supposedly will only cost a grand per adult... HAHAHHAHA.

I disagree. The state is overwhelmed with corruption and there are probably more illegals voting than U.S. citizens. To top it off the voting machines are probably corrupted. I guarantee EVERY SINGLE method of fraud is happening in CA. They will go and harvest ballots from the street pooping vagrants. Calif. shouldn’t even be counted in a general election until they clean up the voter fraud but that is not going to happen. It is a dimocratic stronghold of corruption and I would fear for POTUS’s life if he even went there.

At the very least, Trump would have to drain CA of voting illegals to stand a chance.

And I see no evidence of his admin draining any state of illegals or significantly improving the integrity of the vote in any state either.

Wasn’t it CA where the Dems just swiped three seats by legally “harvesting” votes?

California is a Mexican territory. Besides all the illegals, you have millions of anchor babies who are allowed to vote.

All the of politicians with Latin surnames are anchored babies, Loretta Sanchez, de leon, Villagrosso, etc. They are all Mexicans pretending to be USA citizens. When the earthquake devours California, they should get no aid to recover. Let them collapse and suffer like Venezuala. Spit.

But most of the folks that WOULD vote for Trump and conservative values have already LEFT the state!

The outflow exodus was so bad in the 90's that there was a shortage of rental moving trucks!

I’m pretty sure President Trump has an amazing team advising him on where he can campaign most effectively to win electoral votes. It worked well last time.

If he doesn’t win CA, every second he spends campaigning there is a waste.

Hillary wasted time and effort campaigning there (she had CA in the bag) for fear she’s lose the popular vote. It was a mistake.

We’ll see what President Trump’s team decides to do.

As bad as things are here, you can’t beat the weather. It’s not the state that determines the conservative philosophy,it’s the county and region. There are conservative minded people all over this country. Unfortunately the powers that be have balkanized society. There was a glimmer of hope in L.A. where a measure was defeated to raise property taxes by an average of 500 dollars a year. If you really want to get away from the funk you’ve got to move to the mountains. I did that 15 years ago and having to travel to L.A. periodically,I’m glad I did.

Two and a half years in, I thought that swift deportations of illegals on a much larger scale would be happening. I don’t see evidence of a massive drain either. The last illegal immigration story I remember prior to the tariff on Mexico threat was Trump threatening to send illegals to sanctuary cities. I wondered why they would be sent anywhere in this county - deport them.

If Trump could show significant progress with deportations during the campaign, more Californians might give him their vote.
