i think that americans understand that “free healthcare” means expensive insurance and “affordable education” means never ending debt until you buy a house.. to get into more never ending debt
Regarding the affordable education - let me tell you how it works in Germany where education is free. BUT
1. They have no swanky dorms or other places
2. They have no professional sports teams and coaches with million dollar packages
3. They have entrance on pure merit and limited seats
4. They don’t have gender studies and other rot paid for by taxes - you want that, go to a private college
your job there is to study a useful skill that will enable you to pay back into the the country in a few years.
...and how is it “free”, if he even admits that you pay for it?
If its free, why do they need taxes?
