When my daughter was a Junior in HS, she came home one night and just ripped the family about global warming, our carbon footprint, our wasteful food practices, our use of energy and on and on. I asked where she had gotten her information and she said that it was from her history teacher (?).
The next day was a Friday and she was running late as usual. She came to me said, “We gotta go, I have to go to school.” I told her that I had been thinking about what she had said the previous evening and told her that I was going to work from home that day in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint. She said, “But Dad, I have a Bio test today, we have to go.” I told her that saving the planet was more important than her Bio test. She was livid, and called some friends to see if she could get a ride. No luck. She stayed home that Friday.
I suggested she spend the weekend doing some research on global warming and energy use and see if what her teacher seemed right. She did and spent two days writing a paper for her history teacher that debunked human caused global warming. It was not an assignment but she gave it to the teacher anyway. It came back with a note at the top that said “I'll have to think about this.”
I seem to remember that she was able to take her Bio test on Monday, but the perspective and discernment she gained was more valuable than anything.
You were wise but your silence was seen as acquiescence which is at root of how the lie of majority support is allowed to stand.
The truth is we have lived in a permissive society for two generations now and we don’t know how to trap the snake yet, so for now, it has its way.
The good news is we live in the beginning stages of an era of decentralization of information flow. We need to keep that going so that we can find each other and perpetuate our moral code. The bad news is that evil knows this and will through its minions such as Google, Facebook, Amazon, Twitter, form new centralizers to isolate us, divide and fragment us, block our views and our presence to compatriots.

There is no such thing as gay marriage. It’s same sex-marriage and it is open to everyone.

A guy in the county next (Giles) was diagnosed with cancer. He and his buddy hunted on some land he got in a divorce settlement. He was convinced that his ex would fight for the land after he died so he came up with the idea of marrying his hunting buddy. Rights of Survivor-ship trump everything.

Comments: what women have done to their gender..what man would want to live with one of them.. it might make it more suitable to have men friends.. and society accepts it. So it’s convenient.
On the otherhand, homosexuality breeds no children, and people would become extinct if all practiced it.
And the bible says it’s wrong.
It can be viewed as practical sense as most members of society will choose their battles accordingly.
When confronted with homosexuals vying to push its false normalcy in your face. a response “I do not subscribe to homosexuality, I believe it is immoral, I do not believe it is ‘gay’ or ‘love’, I believe it is sexual perversion, I wish to be left in peace, I will not engage your discussion of it, good day to you”, such a response, depending on circumstances, can cause loss of job, business, peace, reputation.
Pushing the false normalcy of homosexuality as a flanking maneuver of Cultural Marxism is boosted by popular culture outlets and social communication networks which are battlegrounds. The good news is this battle is presently in favor of traditional social mores although it is difficult to see that through the fog.
For example, this editorial emanates from the Washington Post which is dying and has been dying for a long time but is propped up by one of the new centralizers.
This why the Leftists believe that they can sell the masses on every and any lie they want to.
It was bound to happen - years of abortion on demand, proliferation of pornography online, high divorce rates, acceptance of single motherhood, the general decline of morality...
