But “employee in ‘Good Standing’” Craddock recently started showing serious behavioral problems and got into physical “scuffles” with other city workers, a source told The New York Times.
The source told the paper that the troubles had escalated in the week leading up to the mass shooting — and Craddock was involved in what it called “a violent altercation on city grounds.”

That is a VERY interesting graph, but I believe you are drawing the wrong conclusion.
There is just NO way such widespread “orchestration” could be hidden from the public for this long, and continue (what does the graph look like for Pres. Trump, adjusted for the time he’s been in office?), even allowing for the “Deep State” and a complicit media.
Take the shooting @ Marshall Co. in KY, or prior to that, Heath High School (I am somewhat “close” to those), or most others. Upon closer study, most of these individuals were seriously disturbed for a long time. Michael Carneal had contemplated killing classmates possibly as far back as kindergarden (WTH?!).
What I think that graph shows is a type of societal breakdown — a “dam” of self-restraint that has been breached by a combination of many factors: Violence in media, video games, etc., lack of respect for life (as with abortion), Godlessness — and all this comes at susceptible individuals in super-saturated fashion from all angles.
Note that many of those factors make for a LESS controllable population, especially given that there is just no way short of a REAL Nazi or North Korean -type programme complete with violent crackdowns (probably inciting civil war / armed rebellions) that the gov’t can actually do much that will prevent most people intent on mass killings from executing them. Even if the number of privately owned firearms in the country could be reduced by 90% (highly unlikely, IMO), there are just way too many other means to knock off humans en masse — and in this “information age”, how would the gov’t, realistically, stop THAT?
We are much different culturally than Euros, and our society has always depended on enhanced freedom with responsibility. Oh, sure, there were always breakdowns, and horrors (see “The Herrin Massacre”, for example), but most breakdowns had a different sort of background (organized crime, economic conflict, race*, etc.)
*Note that the strikebreakers massacred in Herrin were mostly black, so crime (on both sides, but esp. the union), economics, and race ALL played a part in that one.
NOW we have a more general, deeper, and fundamental breakdown of responsibility and civilization. The dam has not been overtopped, instead, the bottom of the dam has literally disintegrated and slid off its foundation.
If only the problem was as simple and superficial as you postulate... :-(
Also with that rise in multiple-fatality incidents, how many are gang related? With the recent rise in gang violence, those would need to be subtracted from the numbers shown to give a clearer picture of the “random violence” aspect, not to imply that the gang violence is somehow less serious but it does not really form part of the subject matter of the type of mass shootings that we are discussing here.
While I don’t believe in direct orchestration, I could go with passive manipulation, as in allowing certain medications to reach the market, or issuing statements that could have an inflammatory effect. That last issue is definitely a clear and present danger, and one might wonder if it played a role here (what was setting off this particular individual?).
Why is it taking so long to ID the perp.?
I mean there must be some motive culpability whichi will stick to his employers , so they are cleaning up the perps ineternet footprints?
Someone likely treated the perp quite badly,,,,and they set him off? Now they cover that up.
Something doesn’t feel right about this case, they are too much under cover. Plus the perp apparently used a suppressor ( silencer) on one of his hand guns, which is unusual.
IMHO , this story is being spun. They already know his ID, motive, and now they are editing what they can to cover and obscure the activities of the employers which set the man off.
Exactly my point down thread.Answer the questions ! My conclusion is that the perps employers did somnething to set him off, and that something is being covered up “Maximus.”
And most of the training that you get is downright assinine. At my work, they told us all to go to the conference room, turn off the lights, and try to block the door that has no lock. They even went as far as instructing supervisors to station themselves at exits to stop people from leaving. Sorry, Mr. Supervisor, if there’s shooting coming from the north end of the building and you’re blocking the south exit, you’ll find it very challenging to stop me. My plan is to point over his shoulder to the glass door and say, “Whoa, who’s that?!” When he turns and looks, I’ll dump him right on his ass and be out the door running. Honestly, I don’t think it’ll come to that. If there’s shooting to the north and we’re at the south exit, I’m expecting my challenge to be to keep up with him as we’re both running from the building.
Most corporate training tells you to turn off the lights, put your head under your desk, and wait to be shot. Not me, my first move it get off the X. In other words, MOVE. 2nd is to use escape and evasion tactics once you’re out. They can fire my ass, I’m not going to just put my head down at my desk and wait to be shot.
